Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sarang Travels
Effective Date: February 22, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all travel packages and services
promoted on www.sarangtravels.com.
1. General Conditions
- All services provided are subject to availability and the policies of third-party providers (hotels, transport, etc.).
- We are not liable for refund decisions made by third-party vendors.
2. Cancellation by You
If you decide to cancel your travel enquiry after confirmation:
- More than 30 days before travel: Refundable portion may be provided after deduction of administrative charges.
- 15 to 30 days before travel: 50% of confirmed amount may be refundable.
- Less than 15 days or no-show: No refund.
3. Mode of Refund
- All eligible refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
- Refunds will be initiated after verification of cancellation request.
4. Processing Time
Refund processing may take up to 15–45 business days
from the date of approval.
5. Force Majeure
In cases beyond our control (natural calamity, weather conditions,
government restrictions, or unforeseen events), refund decisions will be guided
by actual costs charged by third-party providers and processed at our discretion.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
Service charges, convenience charges, or penalties levied by third parties
are non-refundable.
All payments are processed offline via official business bank account or UPI after written confirmation.
Refunds and cancellations are handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
