User Agreement & Terms of Service

Welcome to Sarang Travels. By accessing our website, creating an account, or booking a trip with us, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. The Booking & Confirmation Process
  • Inquiry Phase: All itineraries and packages displayed on our website are sample guides. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or lock in a price.
  • Custom Quotation: After your inquiry, our executives will provide a customized quotation. Prices are subject to dynamic changes in airline, transport, and hotel tariffs until the advance payment is received.
  • Confirmation: A booking is only legally confirmed when you pay the required Advance Amount via our Razorpay payment gateway or an official bank transfer.
2. Payments & Balance Clearances
  • You agree to pay the agreed-upon Total Package Price. After the advance is paid, the Balance Amount must be cleared by the deadline set by our team (usually prior to the start date of the trip).
  • Failure to clear the balance on time may result in the automatic cancellation of your trip, and your advance will be forfeited according to our Refund Policy.
  • All online transactions are securely processed via Razorpay. Sarang Travels is not responsible for bank failures, UPI timeouts, or network errors during your transaction.
3. Traveler Responsibilities & Identification
  • Valid ID: It is your strict responsibility to carry original, valid Government ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport) for all passengers. PAN cards are generally not accepted by hotels as valid ID.
  • Denied Entry: Sarang Travels is not responsible, nor liable for refunds, if you are denied boarding on a flight or refused check-in at a hotel due to missing, expired, or mismatched identification documents.
  • Conduct: We reserve the right to terminate your tour without refund if your behavior is deemed illegal, disruptive, or dangerous to our drivers, guides, or other passengers.
4. Third-Party Services & Accommodations
  • We act as an aggregator and booking agent for third-party hotels, airlines, and transporters. We do not own or operate these facilities.
  • If a hotel overbooks or unexpectedly downgrades a room, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative of similar standard. However, we cannot be held legally liable for the operational failures of third-party management.
  • Standard hotel check-in time in India is typically 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM. Early check-in is strictly subject to hotel availability and may incur extra charges payable directly to the hotel.
5. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

India's geography is diverse and subject to sudden changes. Sarang Travels is not liable for itinerary changes, missed flights, or cancellations caused by "Acts of God" or events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: severe weather (snowfalls, landslides, floods), natural disasters, political strikes, roadblocks, VIP movements, or sudden government restrictions. Any extra costs incurred due to these delays (e.g., extra hotel nights) must be borne by the traveler.

6. Account Security & OTPs

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Sarang Travels account credentials and the mobile device used to receive login OTPs. You are responsible for all bookings, requests, and payments made under your account.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms, or your booking, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city where Sarang Travels is registered.
